To speak to a member of our team about how Hypnotherapy can help you, or to arrange a session at our South London centre:
Hypnotherapy sessions last approximately 60 minutes and for a wide majority of issues just one to three sessions are required.
The hypnotherapist will discuss the issues that you are facing and then use the hypnotherapy techniques to help you access your unconscious mind to enact change and achieve your goals. Hypnosis is a state similar to deep relaxation where your mind is very much awake and in control throughout.
With regards to Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy, we offer a package that is highly unique to South London by including 1 year of free back-up support with the session.
To discuss how Hypnotherapy may help you and in order to answer any questions you may have, our Hypnotherapist also offer a completely free no-obligation consultation service. To arrange this or book an appointment, phone us on 0800 098 8867 / 020 7720 7933. Our Hypnotherapist, Diana Powley, is highly acclaimed and has been practicing in South London for the last 15 years.
Her method of treatment combines Hypnotherapy a number of other methods, such as Neuro-Linguisitic Programming, EMDR and Time Line Therapy to achieve the desired result effectively and enjoy a better quality of life. Having written articles for online Hypnotherapy publications and the NHS, developing a series of popular hypnosis CDs and appearing on TV and Radio, Diana has helped hundreds of people, executives, employees, teams and organisations.
