Psychotherapy and Counselling are general terms referring to therapeutic interaction or treatment contracted between a trained professional and a client or patient.

Psychotherapy / Counselling aim to increase the individual’s sense of his/her own well-being, self-efficacy, resources and skills to achieve goals, overcome challenges, bounce back from difficulties, and live one’s life to the fullest. An extensive range of Psychotherapeutic techniques are appropriately tailored and combined to improve your mental wellbeing and health.

One of the primary advantages of professional Counselling is that you are working with a practitioner who is skilled in effectively assisting you to discover the root of the problem and guiding you to your own innate strengths. The focus is on you, how your experiences have had impacted you and how you can assimilate them in order to create meaning and purpose in your life.
