What is Clinical Reflexology and how may it help me?
The theory behind this non-invasive clinical treatment is based on the reflex points on the feet, hands, and head which are linked to every part of the human body. This means that treatment in one part of the body can substantially improve your health in another part of the body. As such, Reflexology can produce very individual effects in order to restore your well being naturally.
Due to the very personal nature of your treatment, you may encounter effects such as reduced physical tension and improved sleep, whilst many will also see an enhancement in mood, general wellbeing and sense of self.
