What is Clinical Reflexology and how may it help me?
The theory behind this non-invasive clinical treatment is based on the reflex points on the feet, hands, and head which are linked to every part of the human body. This means that treatment in one part of the body can substantially improve your health in another part of the body. As such, Reflexology can produce very individual effects in order to restore your well being naturally.
Due to the very personal nature of your treatment, you may encounter effects such as reduced physical tension and improved sleep, whilst many will also see an enhancement in mood, general wellbeing and sense of self. The treatment involves the application of agreed upon pressure to various parts of your body, most often the lower legs, feet, hands and/or arms. The experience is very similar to that of having a massage that is working from the inside out.

During the treatment you will resting in a comfortable position with only your shoes and socks removed (no other clothing needs to be taken off). Some initial discomfort may occur but most people encounter a sense of well-being and restfulness during their reflexology treatment.
